Think if the team perform as they did in Wakefield a silent protest would be much more effective and less likely to end up with SKY ridiculing the club as per.

The negative booing that we have heard already this season would be pounced upon by Waldorf and Stadler in the commentary box as more ammunition to belittle the club, a sensible hushed silence would be much more challenging for them to rip to peices.

That terrace holds around 2,000 I believe (I'm currently unsure of the exact capacity). Now, the other thing to bear in mind was that the total crowd was 4,165.

Your following, from memory, was pretty full at the back in the centre and petered out towards the bottom and sides. If it was a quarter full, that would be around 500 people. That then leaves us with 3,665 Salford fans. Taking into account people in the Main Stand, Shed, the North Stand corners, Club End and those inside the Club and Variety Centre, I'd say that would be a very fair assessment. Also taking into account our crowds this season and the comparison of Salford fans who aren't stood in those places this year, I'd say it'd be an even better comparison.

Of course, if you want to claim that you brought 1 or maybe even 2 thousand to the Willows last year, you carry on. No doubt if you managed to half fill the terracing on Saturday you'll be on here claiming you'd brought 4,000.

They never mentioned the 1000 or so at the Stoop on Saturday, it was a very poor crowd and I believe they gave the official crowd as over 2600, well a lot of them must have stayed in the bar.
But then again putting this game on TV was poor scheduling by Sky when the big Yawnian Try fest that is the 5/6 nations was up against it on national telly and mo watchany in that area of London would have stayed in to watch it, just as this weeks poor scheduling again it as if Sky could not be bothered with Rugby League.

And? I'm not the one trying to claim our away support is around 4 times what it actually is. You stick to w*nking over attendances on your own forum and let us worry about the problems our club is having, okay?
