A bit early I know, but with Salford vs Hull being live on tv and also clashing with Bolton vs Utd (5.30PM kick off) I reckon we could be looking at a low crowd for this game?
As city have no game on this date, why not let city members season ticket holders in for a reduced price? Then do the same for Man Utd fans at the Hudds game on Easter Monday? Could even make it a competition between Utd and city fans to see which game attracts the bigger crowd?

Won't make a difference because all City fans come from Stockport and would prefer to watch Sale and all United fans come from London so they will not travel up north for Rugby.
Seriously I have been saying this for years but a lot of my mates who go to United and live in Salford don't like rugby and would not attend no matter what was on offer.

This is just a no brainer for me. Select amatch, do some PR (fans forums, MEN etc) and if we get just 500 people coming out of the 67000 we are on a winner and people might just start thinking Salford would be a viable option for a sports fix on a more regular basis when city/utd play away!
why are ST HELENS, teaming up with MANCHESTER pheonix? how did this slip under our radar, mind you i doubt our radars even turned on to things like this

We'll have to try and soldier on without the 2 new bods this would attract.

You've missed the point I think, saints have actually gone out there and done something to promote their club, no matter how many take advantage even the " 2 new bods" you mention is a step in the right direction, that direction is one we should be following.

If you read the link, the saints media manager is a big pheonix hockey fan, thats why
