Why do you all keep trying to be negative? Fleetwood is here to stay wether you like it or not.

Football league here we come then I will be able to leave this thread

There's a huge difference between being negative and being cautiously realistic.

Exactly. We get around a 1000 more through the gates every game than Fleetwood currently do sand we generally run at a loss of around £200k every season. Only reason we have been able to make a push this season is due to our visit to Wembley and somehow getting £50k for Adam Boyes. If we don't make it there again this season we will have another season of BSP football with a reduced budget. We have already lost the youth team which is now funded by parents and supporters. Only the sale of Brodie, who is now bang out of form and has a value dropping by the day, will balance the books.

We are the chelsea of non league football. If leigh had any decent players, we'd snap our fingers and theyd sign for us. Just like Anthony Barry who could have had his pick of any BSP team but dropped down a division to sign for the cod army

 You offered him 3 times as much as Wrexham were. He's even accepted it's a backwards step. I really do hope Fleetwood lose this court battle and are stuck in the BSN for another year. Can't see how they can win it really, the precedent has been set with Chester's results been expunged

3 times? Really? Go on then, tell me how much Wrexham offered and then tell me his wage at fleetwood, because I know exactly how much he earns, to the penny including bonuses and expenses. And if that is 3 times what Wrexham offered then I really cant see many people wanting to play for Wrexham in the division below the football league.

Or are you going to admit you read it on a forum/heard it at a match/sisters uncles sons dog told you *Delete as applicable*

 I aren't privy to the details of his contract unlike, apparently, yourself. I also know a prominent reporter of the BSN and he knows Barry to be on considerably more than he was at Wrexham. Again he doesn't know the exact figures. Please see here:

Thats fair enough. Well, im surprised at what BSP players earn then because I wouldnt have thought his Fleetwood salary was 3 times that of a BSP player's. Unless....the 3 times is referring to what he will earn next season, as the contract has been signed in the last couple of weeks.

This the same Chelsea that has posted operating losses totalling £140.5m over the course of the last two years?

Apparently Fleetwood want to appeal the Farsley Celtic results being expunged...good luck with that
