Mt feelings are to keep Chaz at 6 until someone who is worth signing comes available, or Chaz proves he his good enough for the long term.

A player who can last 80 mins, tackle, has some pace, is adept at scoring from chasing through kicks. I have said before, try Cockayne at 6.
