It's the same for sportsmen as it is for the rest of us. There are numerous accounts of people slagging off their bosses on Facebook before realising they have them listed as friends. It really depends on how you choose to look at it: is this the innocent ramblings from one bloke to his mates or a more calculated attempt at leaving the club/enforcing change?
