last season we sold our best player for something like 250k, so where as all the money gone, had the time we were trying to keep him with a bigger contract, we sold him got the money, but now we have no money to sign any good players.
Now the questions if he had signed a new contract, the club would not have got that money, and be paying the Widnes boy extra pay, so how could we do that?
Some fans and the media think it is the players, not the coach who is the problem, so who signs the players, pick the players, train the players, and give them team talks?
a lot is made of our performance against Bradford the truth is we were lucky to get nil, if we had carried on till midnight, and Bradford left the field we would not have scored, Bradford was poor on the night, and we where s**t, but the next game it was a unchanged team, why?
He say he will make changes, we have heard that before, will be a unchanged team next week?
Last season when we lost it was a unchanged team, when we won the team was changed is that bad management?

I couldn't agree more, I mean what does Steve Simms do? If we stopped paying for his holidays to Australia we could probly afford to bring Lockyer, Daley, Meninga and Carriage here.
And funny, isn't it? I don't remember seeing Mcrae anywhere when swine flu broke out? Did he start it? I mean I'm not saying he's a fat pig or anything (well maybe I am but I pay my money to watch so I can if i want to) but seems a bit too coincidental to me

Jeez , how many times is this going to brought up
He was shot in both arms , and both legs. He later died because of his injuries. Tommy 25th March 2007.
Salford City Reds are the National League Champions again and nobody will ever win a Grand Final more dramatically than this. Division One champions, Grand Final winners, winners of the Northern Rail Cup; everything their hearts desired. Down and out? Not a bit of it, they are never out. Memories are made of this forever and a day, Salford fans will ask "where did you watch the 2008 Grand Final? Where did you see John Wilshere save the day with the last kick of the ball?"

I know, what a way to behave! It's Warrington I feel sorry for. If we'd just been open and honest and said "Yes please, we desperately need whatever money you're willing to pay for him" they needn't have spent so much.
