They have done, and do so everyday of the week IMHO

 Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

How many times does this discussion have to happen?

Get a copy of the accounts and see just how "in the red" the balance sheet is!!!

JW & other directors fund this club out of their own pockets - earlier this year we also got a £300,000 loan from Salford City Council "for day to day running costs" I believe - just look at Portsmouth and Crystal Palace to see what happens when you are "prepared to go into the red" - closer to home - Oldham, Rochdale etc etc

I think we can all question Mr Wilkinson's and the boards choices of coaches but please - don't fault his business sense - we are still here, there will be a new stadium that means there are possibilities - or we could throw caution to the winds, do a Widnes and end up in administration

Well said - of we had, Widnes would've been in SL instead of us.

Bring on Sunday rugby, we surely will get more fans through the turnstiles even if those are away fans to start with.
Surely parents are more inclined to bring the kids to a match played on Sunday afternoon than a game played on Fridaty night, we need to start attracting the youngsters to our games, at least give it a go.
I not sure if the club on a friday night is still a big factor on us playing at the willows on friday, maybe someone can answer if this is still the case.

This thread is a work of ironical, satirical genius. Right?

Salford have varied between been average and poop for 30 years. Therefore the only possible explanation is that John Wilkinson is just too darn nice? It couldn't be that we've actually been punching above our weight for all these years and the best we can hope for with our fan base is average? Or that keeping a professional club from going bankrupt is a major achievement? Or that we've always bought the best we can afford?

The bit that really gives it away though is that Paul Cullen "talks a lot of sense". You are taking the mickey aren't you? Or did you miss three crucial letters from the start of that last word?
