I honestly think if the Jets add a couple of good WR`s they could be a real force, for me theres a question mark over the running game now that they have released Thomas Jones , Shonn Greene looked good but with Leon Washington coming off a bad injury they are lacking depth ATM IMO
They might regret letting Thomas Jones go.

Cromartie has a lot of talent, there's no doubt about that, none whatsoever. However his attitude stinks, and he hates tackling. I'm surprised he's moved to the Jets, as he was terrible against them in the playoff game against them. The Shonn Greene TD saw him totally brick it from tackling him.
Anyway, Ryan thinks he can get the best out of him, and hopefully he can. I have a Cro shirt I got after his 10 interception sophmore year! That's when his slump began!

Ryan will bust his ass into shape.

Cromartie/Jets deal is a good one.
Apparently Peppers is all but signed for Chicago.
I'm actually pleased because hopefully it will force our hand into going after Gaither for LT and maybe a guy for the RT spot. Sort them out and we are going to be a force next year. Otherwise Rodgers will be sacked even more next year, with Peppers and Suh chasing him.

You'd think so! He's the opposite to Norv Turner, so will hopefully demand a more physical style from him. Like I said, clearly Rex thinks he can.
The other issue with Cro is his love of the party lifestyle off the field. The worry is being in New York, there is a lot of temptation for a man with an eye for the ladies! I hope maternity departments of the New York hospitals are developing "Cromartie Contingency Plans" for increased volumes!

As much as I hate to say it, I think you will win the division next season. Is the running back position a worry for you?

Has Gaither to GB been touted much? It seems like a no brainer to me that you should put an offer in.
The RFA I'd love AJ Smith to go after is Kirk Morrison for a 3rd - the Raiders want rid and he would be an instant upgrade at ILB for the Chargers.
In other news, Delhomme is released by the Panthers.

Kind of.
Grant is an above average starter, and he gets us 1000 yards plus each year, but he is always way up in carries. We need some help for him. Ahman Green is a decent 3rd back but we need a RB who can help Grant. I'd like Westbrook if he was on a decent wage.
And RedTez. I've heard it mentioned slightly, but mainly just because it makes so much sense. I really like him, and did when he was a Baltimore player, he is just an excellent LT and only 24. Even if he was tendered higher (1st and 3rd) i'd pay it.
We are pretty candid in FA and rarely pay out, i just hope we have the guts to go after him.
