i don't think he's been the same since his knee injury, but you probably would'nt find a better proffesional and his ability as captain is unquestionable.

Still think he's giving us good leadership and he works very hard indeed. Was asked to do a different role last night but with almost 4 props on the pitch at the start of the game we should have been much more in control! Newton should take control of the captaincy if you ask me. He is a terrific player that should get into any SL side and wouldn't struggle getting an NRL club if he wanted to go back. With Galea due back I think we will start to get a bit more structure and a second phase with any luck!
Just trundling the ball in and dying with it. No attempt at an offload, no aggression and no quick play the ball. Never thought I'd say it but I'd much rather have cuscak in my side than vella. He's very predictable and easy to defend against
