If you are sooooo worried - a thought... Rovers would have to have released a player prior to Clinton's signature to avoid salary cap breach... mind we could say it was an admin error and blame it on Rule ... this should be accepted as he has fallen foul before

Irrespective of whether this batch of Cooke rumours are true, the RFL wouldn't have signed off on Clinton if it took us over the cap. It must have been a visa issue rather than a cap one.

Why are you so touchy? I'm just trying to have a conversation with the adults on here about the Cooke situation, run along and ask you parents for permission to use the internet!
Maybe Cooke has already been de-registered to accomodate Clinton on the cap, that's my point really. It's no secret that Morgs has been trying to offload Cooke for the last 6 months.

As ive just said to Basil, maybe Rovers have de-registered Cooke to accomodate Clinton hence Cooke been the one dropped from the squad and rumoured to be shipped out?

Cooke played against Hudds, after the Clinton signing had been officially announced. There maybe issues, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure they were/are seperate.
I know I'm guilty too, but Rovers vs Cas now please.

Admin don't like 'retard' as an insult. Please avoid it.

For me today is an acid test. The beating by Wigan doesn't look quite so bad after their subsequent performances. Hudds was maybe just one of those days. We'll get a feel for where we really are today - bit nervous, but still hopeful.

Thing to remember too is that SL is that up and down for some teams there's always a chance. Some fairly even teams out there too that just need the rub of the green to get the victory. Saying that, with Sherwin back i think Cas are a pretty good side and will be very very tough for Rovers.
