That report also mentions Aaron Kampman as a player Da Bears are high on.

I saw that.I don't know what other Bears fans think about a Packers player coming to sign for us but if it helps us beat them i'm all for it.No doubt if he does sign ST CONROY will post that he's no good anymore

He's excellent. He's been right up there (previous to last year) in terms of sacks with Merriman and Ware. He needs to be a 4-3 LDE, he cannot be a 3-4 LB, he just isn't good in coverage, hence he doesn't really fit our scheme anymore. I'd love to keep him, but A) Brad Jones (7th round pick) looked better at LOLB when he came in for Kampman B) He'll command a big contract. A sign and trade would be the best for us but he can just test the open market. Hopefully he doesn't end up at you or the Vikes (him and Allen bookending the Williams Wall would be scary).

I think that theres going to be a lot of good kickers on the move in the next few years now that Weird Al Davis has given Janakowski that ludicrous contract. Gostkowski will be available if we dont franchise him next year, thats if there is a season at all and not a lockout

If Kevin Faulk retires or indeed signs with someone else as a FA I would love to take a gamble on Brian Westbrook just to fill Faulks spot and on minimum wage obviously

It's very typical, Indianapolis gets a Super Bowl and the season is under threat...
