Playmakers like Briers, Dobson, Brough etc all run ACROSS the field and therefore we should always have two markers - one from right centrefield and one from left - all the play comes from Orford so please close him down...............then we will win.

Close down Orford, and you'll leave space for Kearney and L'Estrange...

First time, since the days of Henry and Robbie and Jimmy we've had three danger men at 6,7 & 9.

This is the big one for me. And

completing our a sets and not turning over too much ball as completion rates are becoming as important as territory these days.
Also id like to finish our sets of in a positive way and not diffuse pressure on our opponents, make them play out rather than grubber kick which goes dead even with a big chase.

Ownership in both attack and defence is important each player has a responsability im hoping for the same effort wise i saw @ leeds anything less by the 17 that take will just show the players have switched off now us fans are back onside

Do a mixture of all 3 and we'll win friday, dont and it will be a long nite

I must admit, I was extremely upset last home game and couldn’t make Leeds. So im definitely looking for a positive performance on Friday. If we can play like we did last week we should give the Bulls a game.

Come on Reds, as Fatboys Limb has previously mentioned Stop Orford and muscle up against there forwards and we are in with a chance at the Willows fortress.

It’s up to us fans to get behind the lads also and be the 14 man.

Let’s generate abit of atmosphere in the shed as well as I am taking two newbie’s (I hope & pray it’s a wise move)

I honestly reckon if we score more points than they do then we'll have a really good chance on Friday...

Why thank you. My tactical nous is wasted, I cant believe I haven't been snapped up already.

I said this at Hull Kingston - when they have the ball just stop them from scoring tries and when we have the ball just score some tries. Piece of pi.ss really this coaching lark.

The problem is since the prime Harrison days of great team spirit, genuine effort and crowd atmosphere it's become anything but a fortress, with fans either choosing to remain silent or by verbally critising the team.
I do appreciate the frustration shown by some and it's up to the players to get the fans on-side and fired up which they regularly fail to do. I think the club is in a long rut at home matches with players expecting abuse and fans expecting grim failure.
A start would be for the Coaching staff to try and motivate all the players to give 110% effort and commitment from the first minute to the last. It's not rocket science, your supporters can be your 14th man especially at home games!!

First accept sadness. Realise that without losing 70% of the time, winning wouldn't be such a relief.
