Hey mate, I wasn't having a go at you or anything. I wasn't sure, that was all. Sorry if any offence was caused.

Might be short of form at the moment, but definately got the quality for SL - and then some - IMO.
Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water.

Meh, I wasn't expecting to win today, Hudds did the double over us relatively comfortably last year, in weather conditions that suited their forwards, would have been nice to get a couple of scores but, nevermind

1st Try - Lunt picks the ball up from Dummy Half and a gap opens up for him to coast through.
3rd Try - Patrick runs in from 40 metres swatting off defenders.
4th Try - Identical to the Interception conceded v Salford. Dobson needs to stop trying to put out a killer pass.
Tries 2 and 6 were Brett Hodgson at his best but we stood off him and allowed it to happen and Gilmour was in far too much space for Try 5 and had a simple job of sending D Hodgson in.
The word is either unacceptable, or unexpected FFS

so, in summary what you are saying is we were crap
'when my life is over, the thing which will have given me greatest pride is that I was first to plunge into the sea, swimming freely underwater without any connection to the terrestrial world'
The thing that got me about the match yesterday (and our team as a whole) was how everyone was saying that we would beaten by the bigger pack, would have no go forward etc. I thought we were a reasonable match for them yesterday in the pack but did we struggle in the backs, we have no invention or options with ball in hand. I can't honestly remember any dummy runners at all and no one ran at an angle all day. Dobson seemed to be trying to run all sides of the park and making the decisions but not seeing to let anyone in on what he was doing.
Cooke was yet again frozen out of the plays with Dobbo almost getting under his feet at times. We look a far better team when dobbo controls one side and cooke the other, this gives the hooker more options and makes the defence think a bit.
We were out enthused, their kick chase was very impressive ours was non existent. There were times yesterday when after they'd kicked Webster and Wheeldon were still not back in the line on the 3rd tackle. For me thats just not good enough, maybe they were the better team but at least we should put the effort in.
All in all not acceptable and time for a rethink of the positional shuffles. Cooke back to 6, Webster back to centres and Murrells no Hooker.

Rovers priority in the off season should have been to sign a hooker, if Morgan does not rate Fisher then it's his call but he is a better option than Murrell. I also don't think Hodgson is up for SL yet.

I don't think there is anything wrong with inventing a new word to describe yesterdays performance, I also think it was an "unexceptable" showing. Now lets hope we show some "Bouncebackibility" against Cas next week and put in a "Expectacceptable" performance...

I've thrown a kettle over a pub, what have you done?
