I heard that Darrell Goulding was meant to be coming back to us on loan but that has been cancelled because Phelps got injured for Wigan and he is now playing for them again.

From the same person I was then told that we were offered Karl Pryce instead but didnt want him and we turned the deal down. I cant say I am disappointed as he has always been awful whenever I have seen him since he came back from RU and although we are doing bad I doubt he would even get in the team. McRae must either be happy with what he has got or thinks that Pryce just isnt worth it.

Big Karl Pryce needs a lot of game time in order to get up to speed.

In my opinion he would be better off going into the National Leagues and with a bit of luck he could recapture the form he shown a few years back.

I'm pretty sure there were rumours of Leigh signing him during the off season.

Would've been a great signing for them in the Championship IMHO.

Wouldn't want Salford to touch him with a barge-pole TBH though.

 Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

You can just take Littler, no transfer fee required.

We cant take anymore duel contract lads as we got 4 (thats all your allowed)........ Littler is past it for SL IMO but will be a top player if he dropped down to the Chamionship ( as would Pryce be to regain confidence/fitness).
Rumours going around is that you are trying to offload him to free-up some cash...... I would love to see him at Leigh ( more competition for places the better IMO).

As a Bradford fan, I saw Karl Pryce coming up through the academy. I saw a player who had pace and power. However, that player also lacked what is truely needed to succeed as a pro sportsman. Heart. He just doesn't have it. And a drop down to the National League wouldn't benefit him. A good solid kick up the backside might be a start for him though

When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately it's usually an oncoming train
