He is right. If you take the backs into account, which are heavier than Hull's, Rovers average weight is 98kg and Hull's is 97kg. Although if you adjust for Mills, who inflates Rovers average weight as the heaviest player in both squads, and doesn't really feature,the average weights are the same. So the comment about Rovers being certainly much heavier than Hull's looks somewhat of an exaggeration. I'm sure his prediction that Rovers will finish 3rd and Hull 9th, though, is accurate.

Quite right. Plus 2 of the 3 teams between Rovers and top spot have been beaten by the 12th placed pension-seekers, so there's only really Leeds that stand between Rovers and the hubcap.

Or alternatively looking at the corresponding fixtures last season, Hull are four points up and Rovers two points down.

I feel quite optimistic now. Maybe if we lose a few more our chances wil get even better!
