I'd up the South stand to £50 with no concessions and ban their bloody mascot for good measure

It was bad enough being 80mins away from old trafford twice at Leeds and Losing but going to saints thinking we would win and then losing the way we did took ages to get over, infact I'm still not over it, I will not get over it untill we beat them!
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS

The thing that really hurt about that Saints semi was we didn't really turn up.
Saints weren't very good and we managed to be worse which was hard to take after playing pretty well the week before at HKR. Even playing poorly we still had our chances to win and nearly nicked it at the end...........that made it even worse.
The players never looked like they thought they could win it.
As for a play off game between the Hull clubs.....that would be a great event which every rugbyleague fan would like to see.

I think Joel Tomkins may feel he has alot to make up after his missed chance. We should of wrapped that game up! At the end of the day though we didn't put points on the board and did not deserve it!
I would love a play-off tie at our place against Hull KR!

You where lucky. At least you could go home to a different town.
Thanks for all your comments on this subject, I can see that most of you have the same hopes and fears as me.
I would also like to see the two sets of supporters get together and do something for charity if a big play-off or cup final game came our way. It would be great PR for both sets of supporters (we do get bad press sometimes).
Here’s hoping for a big derby day at the end of the season.

I go to church in St Helens, there is probably around 25 people willing to make me more depressed after we have lost

Would be great, that or a CC cup would be fantasic for the city would get everyone really hyped up.
To answer the question about the South Stand, I think it would sell out, but I wouldn't go in there and wouldnt blame anyone who doesnt, when I go to watch rugby I want to be able to see the game, this isnt possible in your South Stand, would be happy to go in any other stand for the game, won't be going anyway too far away
