Started a game up as Wigan. Extremely frustrating start to the season. Results so far:

Liverpool (A) Lost 3-0 But played pretty well. Fernando Torres Hat Trick Doing for me.
Chelsea (H) lost 4-1 and was comprehensively outplayed
West Ham (A) lost 3-0 and again played well. The amount of clear cut chances i miss is off the scale.
Sunderland (H) lost 0-2 went a goal down to a dubious penalty. Great response by the lads as i missed chance after chance before getting hit on the break late on
Wolves (A) Won 1-0 finally got off the mark with a well deserved victory at Molineux

Any tips on any loan players i can get in? Have been shopping in the bargain basement so far and have found one or 2 players but my right side in particular is weak. Look to try and finish around 15th season and build again for next

I ended up finishing 3rd after a disasterous end to the season, losing 4 of my last 5, but I qualified for the Campions League for the first time. Beat Villareal 4-2 on Agg. in the Europa League semi final and played Tottenham in the final and won 3-1, so I was happy with that.

My FA cup semi final was the worst game for me ever. Lost 6-0 to Man City and didn't have a shot on goal, no red cards or injuries, just comprehensively outplayed...

I have off season now but I dont think I need to sign anyone with Jay Spearing and Martin Kelly oth playing very well from the academy, along with Damien Plessis. Only 1 friendly for Brazil against England, my 9th game in charge and I've won 7 drawn 1 lost 0 so far so I'll hope to keep that up.

Managed to finish my season with 101 points in the Premier League. All of third in the league

Started the new season after a couple more good signings and have won 10 from 11. Still not top, City have won all 11. :SUBMISSION:

Looking at my profile (saved as a pre-set), I'm set to "international footballer" in my past experience. That's probably got something to do with it.

Try Welbeck on loan.

I have made a mini breakthrough. Chelsea beaten and consigned to 3rd just after January, a massive 8 points adrift. City a point behind me now.

After a slight blip of a defeat and a draw City spent £107m in the January window. I was close to signing a defender (Christico) for £16m, until City waded in and ended up signing him for £38.5m. There really should be an option to criticise a club rather than their manager.

QPR first season over....started well, top of the league after 10 games. Dropped down over the course of the season to be stuck around 9th/10th. Fans and the board were getting a bit unhappy - player moral was down. Then from nowhere, won the last 7 games - averaging 3 goals a game (previously averaging 1 a game), epic run of form - missed out on the play offs by 1 point. GUTTED.

Confidence is high for the new season tho.

I am in Bolton's third season now, Diarra has been an inspired signing although I am struggling to come above 8th at the end of any season. Started well this season but never get much money so start of the season well until I get a couple of injuries. The board are quite happy with 9th though so I am not having to many problems.

Started a new season with Tottenham, just to have a little mess about until the latest patch is out. Thought it would be an interesting challenge to try and break the top 4, with competition for that spot as high as ever. Not made the best of starts, having won 2, drawn 1 and lost 1. I've had a bit of an injury crises in defence also and just starting to get some players back. Only 4 games gone, so loads of time for improvement, i am confident of getting 4th position as i believe i have a very good squad of players.

I sold Jenas (£10million), which give me some more money on top of the £15million (roughly - to get continental football).

However, i always seem to go over the top when signing players, although i signed some players with the view to the future. I brought in Diarra (£4.2million - Transfer list), Jovetic (£14million), Verratti (£100,000), Eden Hazzard (£11million), Buonanotte (£7.5million) and then i also brought in Isla on loan to give me cover in defence because of the early seasion crisis (My defenders seemed to be dropping like flys). I have used quite a lot of clauses to bring all these players in but the likes of Buonanotte, Hazzard, Verratti and even Jovetic are all with an eye on the future, although they could quite easily come in and do a very good job now.

Just after i posted this, Isla came back from international duty with an injury and will now be out for around 3-4months. Great. :DEPRESSED:
