tut tut schoolboy mistake i made wen it kicked off in the derby at craven park. these holidays huy?

I made the mistake of booking my hols during c/cup week/end 2005, missed us winning the C/Cup watched it abroad though and it was fantastic, still gutted though.

I have made the same error again this year god knows how I did that, I just know we will get to Wembley and win the cup now

I'm the best man at my mates wedding in Cyprus in August. The wedding is on the Thursday before the Cup Final. If we get there, I am seriously toying with the idea of flying home and then going back out on the Sunday.

Can you do this every year? And how about another hol in early October?

I'm missing this weekend as I'll be in London for a friends birthday, tough to take after such a long off season.

I'm also on holiday (but luckily in the UK) for the Good Friday Derby, negotiations have already opened about a 400+ mile round trip...

From now on, I'm only going to go on holiday during the season with fellow Rovers fans who pay more attention to the fixture list than me.

I just missed all the pre-season friendlies barring Bradford and have booked to go away in June for a week so I will miss the home game v Quins, suppose it could have been worse.
Depending on work I could miss upto 50% of the season, will just have to see how that goes.
