There biggest problem may be the paris bid who are paying there own way.

I'm concerned that a lot of hard work may go to waste with this Parisian folly.
There are plans afoot to improve the stadium and, unlike in Perpignan, they have a really good relationship with the union club, so Stade Toulousain's 20,000 seater stadium would be available to them.
On and off the field, it was a massive learning curve for them last year. I really hope they can kick on this time. It certainly won't be for lack of effort.

The paris bid no way in the world will get considered the SF rugby league club does not exist yet, not even in elite. They are a 2015 case you would think.
