If a design is finalised am sure they cold run off 20 shirts sharpish just getting the extra 12 for fans could be an issue

Is bad to miss out on key spending markets though as possibly could of got a few locals who may not be iterested and buy for first few games, by time out could be too late!
Surely for a club the side who deal with marketing is different to recruitment? Or did the RFL not have that many spare hands to lend?
