People not knowing 7 months on whether they get a derby voucher or a book as they've not been informed. I have to ask as the vouchers were given out for the derby tickets when the £60 joining fee was paid,therefore you were told if you had joined early enough to get a voucher

No. My in-laws signed up right at the start and haven't got their vouchers.

Think you've got this one wrong, the derby voucher/ book token was given out when you paid along with pass reciept and club rovers reciept. No confusion there.
