So, Galea. Like a fine wine maturing with age, or living on the glory of an unbelievable performance at Murrayfield? I think Rovers should keep him for 2011 with an option for a further year.

That certainly seemed to be the peak of his year last season, he dipped quite considerably after that point. Would be interesting to know if he was carrying a knock after that game.
I'd let the season roll and look at performances and maybe look to sign him on for 2011 by about June time if he has regained his form.

If it were the club's option that'd be a good deal. Fills the 2011 quota, but Galea has proved what he can do in SL, whereas new signings sometimes take time to adapt.

With the quota coming down and exempted players retiring, developing our own and buying British is the future.

Perhaps as one of Mrs B's devoted disciples you could try explaining to her that posters do not stand watch in hand ready to post HDM text alerts on the unnoficial forum as soon as they are received.....and some fans have scources far better placed than the HDM journo's
