I agree the South is and should be low on your list of priorities when the North does an ample job for the majority of visiting sides.
So why do I pay for a ticket at wakey, bradford or leeds in the torrential rain? Loyalty! And I never said the south stand is any good either, I know its a crap view because I stood in it when the derbies were not segregated in the 90's. Think the score was 11-1 to rovers but i could see the scoreboard and thats all that mattered!
You could take a radio with you and listen to it so you know whats going on while looking through your binoculars
Some end stands don't have a great view anyway with the opposite end try line difficult to see.
So you begrudge filling our coffers? Its not about filling our coffers its about supporting your team.
And as someone has already said the north stand wasnt full and the weather wasnt a factor that day.
