The previous East Stand extension took around four to six months to complete from start to finish.

Everybody is well aware that the second phase has not yet started.

The reason work has not yet started is that the NHS have not yet released the funds for the extension.

Still expected to be done before the season starts but cant see it myself

Not unless they are building it offsite and bringing it in on a lorry. Concrete needs time to cure before having steel put on it for one, if they started today I doubt the steel frame would be done before we kick off.

Maybe they should do a leaflet drop informing the two thousand new fans waiting to fill it that they'll have to wait a while longer
