Have to agree with that fella. Littler has been a mainstay of the team. He has had his critics but hes had far more good games than bad.

Stand out by a country mile is Aaron Moule, absolute pleasure to watch him in a Salford shirt.

I think I would go for Moule and Nicol - though I always liked Francis Maloney in the centres. I'd have to have Stuart Littler on the bench.

Did Cliff Beverley play regularly in the centres or was he just a stand off?

Ken Gill could make the ball talk.

Moule and A.N Other. Missed a lot of the first part of the decade so only going off the last few seasons. Probably McGuinness out of the rest.

Michael Hancock for exactly that reason (anyone can ask King of the shed) my thoughts on Hancock for many many years !! Michael Hancock was a Red.... For me only Freddie Fittler could have bettered that !!!

And I'll take Buddha as number two..

Littler (without a doubt) and Wilshere (as I've not picked him at FB or wing, and he has to be in the team somewhere).

I would've loved to pick the Deadman but can't omit Wilshere.

Hancock was class but at the wrong end of his career, as was Moule in a different way.

I also quite liked Maloney, Webber and Nicol but this is quite a tough category.

 Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

Moule and McGuiness with the heart of Stu Littler. Oh how I'd love to see a genuinely top class centre at Salford. I mean, these two are barely even tall enough to play half back, never mind centre.
