I've got him in my U18's aswell payed £500k but haven't used him yet but he's doing well in the Youth, Signed 13 Under 18's altogether, Shay Given just got Second Best Goalkeeper in the World in January.

He got it on mine, too, but it his stats have gone down three months in a row, Benaglio is better anyway.

I like Lukaku but I prefer Vaclav Kadlec who, for me, is more 'complete' than Lukaku and usually available for a similar price. Iker Muniain is where it's at, though.

Just signed Sergio Canales from Real Madrid (I know he starts at Racing, but he was sold straight away), Juan Angel Albin from Getafe, Jack Wilshere from Arsenal and I'm considering moves for Diego Renan, Domineco Criscito and Edinson Cavani. I've never been a big fan of Cavani on it but I just sold Bellamy for £14m so I'm after a fourth choice striker, RSC has been playing well but I still don't like him, I think he'll be gone in the summer. Yannis Tafer, I like, but he isn't complete enough for me, I think I might save up and make a monster move for Aguero if he's interested. T'is fun with Citeh, I came close to selling Weiss but I just saw a screenshot of him on the FM forums a few years ahead and he's definitely staying!

Forgot to add, just signed Omer Toprak for £1m, he looks an excellent young defender, he'll be here at the end of the season. Think he'll replace Toure eventually, him or Jorgensen. I don't like Toure and I rarely play him, I use Lescott at left back so I'm just looking for versatile defenders at the moment.

Got the game as a Christmas gift and after finding my way around how everything works, I'm now embarking on this year's career of mediocraty, starting with Fleetwood Town in the Blue SQ North.

Here goes!

You don't have to watch the game in 3D or the highlights, but you do have to see the commentary and manage during the game.

I signed Mexes, Maxi Rodriguez, Gago, Srna, Julio Baptista, Jovetic, Jack Rodwell and some other young lad that can cover both wings, with plenty of potential.

I'm not sure which would be my strongest side at the moment, but i seem to be leaning towards this:

Given

Srna
Toure
Mexes
Bridge/Lescott

Maxi Rodgriguez
Ireland
Barry
Robinho

Adebayor
Tevez

Subs:
Taylor (Keeper)
Richards/Kompany (Defence)
Bridge/Lescott (Defence)
Gago (Midfield)
Batista (Midfield/Forward)
Jovetic/Wright-Phillips (Midfield/Forward)
Bellamy (Forward)

I had no problems with the city starting line-up, apart from i wanted to strengthen the defence and have done that with Mexes, leading to me only conceding 2 goals in the first 6 games. Although, i thought i would have been scoring more, as i've only scored 12 goals (4 against Arsenal). I've had a lot of injuries to big players such as Adebayor, Bellamy, Lescott and Kompany has only played one game so far, in the league cup. I'm currently joint second in the league after 6 games, winning 5 and drawing 1. Level with Man United. I felt the main problem with the city team was the quality in depth, and by bringing in the players i have, i have made sure that we can rotate the squad when its required with quality players and not have to bring in average players. Also, added some youth to the side with potential. I usually look to sign one big name player to the side, and the rest youngsters with loads of potential, thats when i have built an established team anyway.

I will say this for the game, on previous games, its been pretty easy to lose the other big teams (Chelsea, United, Arsenal and Liverpool), and you could always guarentee that two of those teams would have bad seasons, but so far, so good on this. Seems much more realistic. I'm just hoping to sort these problems out then i can play the game without any hassle, think its down to my RAM memory been low and also my processor doesn't seem to be as good as it should be.

On top of the above, i felt that i was missing some compeition for a spot with Ireland to play an attacking role from centre of midfield. Ireland has had one or two short term injuries, and when hes been out we've really missed him as i've had to bring the likes of Rodriguez inside off the wing and i'd rather keep him there. Real Madrid put Van der Vaart on the transfer list, and hes always done well for me on previous games so after selling Zabalata for £7.5Million, i've raised enough funds to sign him, as he was on the transfer list for £7.5mill. I signed him on installments, so i still had cash to spend, but i didn't feel the need for anyone in the first team squad, so i signed 5 youngsters, the oldest being 17 years of age. I'll put them in the reserves for the rest of the season and see how they progress, with the view to promote them to first team next season. Some of them are only 16, so i may even keep them in the reserves with the odd first team game thrown in, and see how they go. Look like some very good prospects though.

I'm not 3rd in the league, behind Man United and Liverpool. I'm 3 points behind both, however, they both have a game in hand on me, so the title is looking out of my reach at the minute but you never know. I'm in the league cup semi-final against Tottenham, and the next game i play will be the 3rd round of the FA cup against QPR. I'd say, i'm doing pretty well at the minute, but i've drew too many games, otherwise i'd be well up with United and Liverpool. I've still got to play them, so there is still a chance, we'll see how things go. I've not checked, but hopefully the game in hand is against each other. I'd settle for 2nd this season.

I'm not sticking as City. There just an ideal team to get to grips with things, due to the money have. Due to them having so much money, means can have a look around and see how things work. Also, i always find that the most interesting/enjoyable part is signing players, and at City you have plenty of room to do that!

Taken over at York City on a new game, got a few nice loan signings (the double-barrelled man city youth and Kakuta!!) and a few frees as well as completely overhauling the staff and training. I'm currently undefeated in the league after 10 games. 8)

I've started with Liverpool as I knew they'd have feck all to spend with big expectations. I crashed out of the Champions League at the group stage and I'm 6 points behind the leaders, so I'm doing slightly better than Rafa. I did win my 3rd round FA cup tie at the Emirates though. I think I'll have to win the FA cup, go well in the Europa and take the leaders all the way to stay in a job though.

I've signed Kalou and Belleti from Chelsea on the cheap and have released the likes of Babel and Dossena to raise funds. I'm looking to add Riquelme to my squad next season on a free transfer and blow my budget on a striker. I think I'd have a fairly good squad then.

Oh and Aqualani is gash.
