I think that josh willl go well for you, as I also think that Ratu will. I think it could be even between us this year, and I think that if anything rovers are only lacking a prop or two from improving from last year. That said, I think last years Sl was the weakest I remember so I will settle for Hull 6th-8th and rovers will be in a similar bracket. IMO of course. Morgan is the difference for rovers and what he instills in the side. We would have won the grand final with Morgan in charge from the last five years of our club.

i think both clubs will make the playoffs this time around. We may be lacking a prop but have a few younger and hungrier (hopefully) players with points to prove this time around, Hull look a lot stronger IMO this time around, esp in the forwards, were if everyone is fully fit then they will go very well ( its all about the fitness thou, Sam Moa looked as unfit at the end of the season as he did at the start IMO, and Lauiki looks another who may struggle for fitness IMO) Hopefully young Liam Watts will push on this year and maybe if he stays then Mills will show a bit of backbone and have a go ( and maybe pigs will fly ) I for one cant wait for the season to start so all this garbage ends
I would be happy with 6th or above for Rovers. The frustrating thing last season was rarely did I see us perform as well as we could have done. If the Cook / Dobsob things gets going then who knows. I think Hull will finish about 8th, though it only takes a couple of injuries and they could be screwed (I suppose that goes for Rovers as well!!)

i'd actually say hkr are very well equiped to deal with injuries in key positions. cockayne can go in at 1, galea, murrell and i'anson at 6, cooke to 7, murrell to 9. at hull if long gets injured we have to move either berrigan or tansey which is not ideal.

Your bang on, we do have pretty good cover and did last season, which was another huge contributing factor to last seasons successful league campaign.

Dobson would be a massive loss, did he miss a game last season, if he was to get injured for a large period of next season you wouldnt make the play offs IMO.
As for Hull and Rovers I think Rovers first 13 is better than ours (just) think our sqaud is better though, you have a far better coach though.
Be close between the two teams next year, with it maybe coming down to injuies and luck.

Dobson would obviously be a huge loss but we are have very good cover.
I agree that our first 13 is better but your pack strength is better but we have more strength in our backs.
It should be closer

Cockayne to 6 Cooke to 7
Dobbo is bound to cop an injury at some point.
