Any player who is stupid enough to sign for Portmouth in the transfer window needs a slap, they cant pay who they have now and yet expect to sign more players

They can't sign anyone though, they have a transfer embargo on them ATM.

It makes you wonder how the owner passed the "fit and proper person" test, if he can't even afford to pay his staff.
