Back to the question (if it was a question and not just another pathetic wind up drivel!). The East, RM and Well are sold out prior to most games at the moment. This has an adverse impact on people who like to turn up on the day depending on A) The opposition B) The weather C) How the team is travelling D) If FC are away.
Also if you are going to grow your fanbase you have to have somewhere to put them and the Sth stand simply isn't going to entice anyone to start supporting the club. With the extension it will free up more of the Nth stand for visiting fans, give visitng fans who prefer to stand and be on the sideline an option and finally moves the ground another step closer to RFL expectations.
Will it bring in more fans? Time will tell.

I know of at least two who could not afford passes up front and would attend games on the day if they could get suitable tickets, as you say the Sth stand is pathetic and an East stand extension would help people out who cannot usually get tickets. I took my wife to a few games last season as she asked to start going, on each occasion I had to buy entrance from a season ticket holder on here who could not get to the game, because there were no spare tickets for the East, which loses the club revenue. She now has a season ticket, therefore benefiting the club.

Every little helps.
If every fifth fan introduced a new one, we would have cracked it

You would be an out-of-work banker if your business decisions were based on the opinions of internet fans messageboards, rather than discussions with the people who actually run the business.

sssshh!
I don't think they are aware that the club is not run by RLFans posters, but by successful businessmen who DO know what they are doing.
