I've been out and bought 2010 today. Every time i get to the first league game (I set my assistant to take care of friendlies), my computer shuts off, anyone have any idea what might be the problem? I think its more to do with my laptop than, the game. Any ideas?

Does anybody know how to access the Editor when you've installed it via steam?

Thanks in advance

@ saint billy - You should have a look on the official sports interactive forum, the users alone are really helpful on there and should sort you out.

@oli30045 - you go to program files>steam>steamapps>common>tools>editor, and the editor program is there.

Hope that helps.

After 8 games with Wigan, I'm up in 6th. Didn't sign anyone in the summer, but lining up David Suazo in January. My team at the moment is : (4-2-3-1)

1. Kirkland

25. Melchiot
17. Boyce
19. Bramble
31. Figueroa

7. Scharner
27. Diame

20. Rodallega
15. Jordi Gomez
14. N'Zogbia

9. Scotland

So far, Gomez and Scotland are on fire. Just need a bit of cover in defence and up front from the January window.

I've taken charge of Newcastle. No money for new players so signed Sylvan Wiltord on a free transfer on a 1 yr deal. He may be 35 but he's the heart of my attack. Currently 15 games in and sat top of the table as I've gone 15 games unbeaten.

Got a transfer embargo slapped on me as it was expected that a consortium would be taking over the club. Which is fair enough, but then they stated they would be bringing in Alan Curbishley as manager. Bar-stewards. Luckly the take-over fell through so I still have a job

When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately it's usually an oncoming train

I'm just having a play around at the minute and trying to solve the problem as to why it keeps cutting out every few games. Anyway, i took over Man City, because i knew they would have loads of money and would be ideal to have a play around the new features.

I signed Mexes, Maxi Rodriguez, Gago, Srna, Julio Baptista, Jovetic, Jack Rodwell and some other young lad that can cover both wings, with plenty of potential.

I'm not sure which would be my strongest side at the moment, but i seem to be leaning towards this:

Given

Srna
Toure
Mexes
Bridge/Lescott

Maxi Rodgriguez
Ireland
Barry
Robinho

Adebayor
Tevez

Subs:
Taylor (Keeper)
Richards/Kompany (Defence)
Bridge/Lescott (Defence)
Gago (Midfield)
Batista (Midfield/Forward)
Jovetic/Wright-Phillips (Midfield/Forward)
Bellamy (Forward)

I had no problems with the city starting line-up, apart from i wanted to strengthen the defence and have done that with Mexes, leading to me only conceding 2 goals in the first 6 games. Although, i thought i would have been scoring more, as i've only scored 12 goals (4 against Arsenal). I've had a lot of injuries to big players such as Adebayor, Bellamy, Lescott and Kompany has only played one game so far, in the league cup. I'm currently joint second in the league after 6 games, winning 5 and drawing 1. Level with Man United. I felt the main problem with the city team was the quality in depth, and by bringing in the players i have, i have made sure that we can rotate the squad when its required with quality players and not have to bring in average players. Also, added some youth to the side with potential. I usually look to sign one big name player to the side, and the rest youngsters with loads of potential, thats when i have built an established team anyway.

I will say this for the game, on previous games, its been pretty easy to lose the other big teams (Chelsea, United, Arsenal and Liverpool), and you could always guarentee that two of those teams would have bad seasons, but so far, so good on this. Seems much more realistic. I'm just hoping to sort these problems out then i can play the game without any hassle, think its down to my RAM memory been low and also my processor doesn't seem to be as good as it should be.

2 promotions in 3 years, now top of L1 after 2 games of the 4th season, yet I've still managed to be sacked in between all that
