In one of the few games to actually go ahead today, Leigh won 4-1 against AFC Fylde, taking us to within two points of sixth-placed Skelmersdale, though Skem have a game in hand.

Joke for York yesterday. Team stayed overnight and fans were well on the way when the game was declared on at 1pm. Both teams wanted to play and trained on the pitch after the game was called off at 1.15pm. That must of been one hell of a 15 minutes!

Surely, they were keeping up-to-date with the Met Office's predictions to keep an eye on the weather. If both teams were willing to play and saw no danger to players' safety, and the stadium was safe for spectators I can't see why the game couldn't be played.

Guiseley called the game against FC off yesterday, by using common sense and the weather predictions.

Not completely out of the question if you have a look what happened at the Hamilton game yesterday.

The referee probably just didn't want to get cold. Women in football...it'll never work.

Apparently the rumour going around now is that Grays should of had a local referee look at the pitch earlier but didn't. So when the ref rolled up she was the first person to view the pitch other than the teams and decided it was unplayable. So it would appear that it was Grays dropping the ball and not the ref. Whatever happened its all very poorly managed
