Cable, please start Charlie Frye.
I was actually at that game. Flew over with a mate who is a Raiders fan (I am a Redskins fan).
JaMarcus is a truly awful QB, no doubt about that. However, he is being badly scape-goated in Oakland at the moment. If Charlie Fry or JP Loseman are the answers to your prayers then you're in an awful state.
On Sunday JaMarcus played quite well on his 1st two drives, taking the Raiders into FG range before a combination of dumb penalties and terrible blocking by the offensive line cost you field position. From therein, your defence gave up and your offense collapsed.
The Raiders problems are much higher up the organisation. Losing Russell won't change a thing. It may have to happen though I am not sure what the cap implications are for you.
As for the Redskins we've been playing really well since the bingo caller started calling plays. We should've beaten the Cowgirls and Saints and have been averaging 30 points a game these last few weeks. I expect us to spoil the party in a big way for the Gnats and Cowgirls in the next two weeks.
