I know its not a popular topic, or going to happen. But how much would we make out of it, if Sale do play at our ground? Ive heard FC United pay around £5000 per game to Bury so what could we make out of a top yawnion side per game, and could we learn a thing or two about marketing and hospitality at the same time?
In my opinion it would ruin the pitch, just look at Edgely Park!!! Secondly I'm not sure about the marketing side of things. You've got to remember that Sale are the only top flight RU team in the whole of the North West and as such have a massive area to draw support from.

That's the problem we as in SRLFC won't make anything out of it, the stadium owners will (i.e. Peel) so it won't really help us in that way. The stadium is out of our control and if the owners want Sale or MUFC res playing there then we have no real say in it all.

Speaking from experience here, although SRLFC wouldn't directly receive any money from a groundshare, it would mean less pressure on yourselves to generate the income required to run the place. Though that would mean you might be seen as 'second priority' in the event of any fixture clashes, I'm sure that can be easily avoided.
It would assist as far as marketing as many Union fans also have an interst in League.
However both play on a Friday: we will be forced to several Sundays which reduces income from businesses.
