Now you're just embarrassing yourself. I'm pretty sure everyone else understands - it's really not that difficult - but you're so interested in trying to score points that you just can't see what's in front of you.
OK - I'll take pity on you and spell it out...
The OP stated that the rent on the KC was going up, and that FC would have to fund around 30% of the increase. The SMC do not rent the KC - they bought the Master Lease. There is no rent on the KC for FC to fund 30% of.
FC pay rent to the SMC and not the Council, specifically for the use of the KC. This rent is negotiated between the SMC and FC, not any outside body.
Let me get this right then. There is no rent but you pay rent to the SMC as you have always done and it may go up. I think we all get it now !!
Pedantic or what?
What difference does it make what the master lease says, you pay rent at the KC...end of!!

Here's a question for anybody to answer.
Is the currently financial situation and debt at Rovers any different to the debt that Hull FC accrued which almost forced them into oblivion and caused the merger with Gateshead?
Now if Neil Hudgall is saying that the club cannot keep sustaining the losses, and he's only lookign to the end of 2010, what happens then if rovers lose a similar amount, when does a chairman/main investor say enough is enough, I don't have the money to pump in anymore. Will new backers, if they are found want to bail a club out of almost £3m debt, especially in this current economic climate.
People mention about the Directors loans at Hull FC, but the club is making a profit even whilst paying those loans off. Are The Hull KR backers able to still do the same thing , even though they are posting huge losses?

No I am not worried, we are making making a profit so why should there be a worry, if we were losing money each year this would be a cause for concern as the debt would grow..
