Iirc Stanley's testimonial match against Cas last year was only £10adults,£5concessions and kids.

People have every right to refuse to go and it is a bit expensive.

However if Hull played Rovers at CP (and I didnt have to stand in the south stand) for Gene's testimonal I would go.

Like Horne, Gene has been a great ambassdor for RL in the city, and I would like to think that fans would support him.

Also it's long time without RL in the off season, so hopfully there will be a few fans from both clubs there to support Horne.

I'll be going, as you say it's been a while without any rugby. I agree Horne has great servant for you lot and RL as a whole, been professional and stayed at one club his whole career and I don't have a probelm going to this match.

If it wasn't against us I wouldn't go or say if it was Paul Kings testimonial I may have had second thoughts.

The ticket pricing will be nothing to do with Rovers. The prices will have been set by Horne's testimonial committee after agreeing a price for the loan of the ground ( rumoured to be around £20,000) against the crowd expected.
