The opinions of coaching staff who see players day-in-day-out are totally different with the odd fan/journalist having an opinion and it's in that context that I'd be worried if we signed a player who's previous coaching staff effectively leaked such an "assassination" on his fall from grace to be termed "past it".
At the end of the day O'Meley is a typical Hull FC signing - typical dross spouted by Agar and Rule - and will result in another typical season out of the play-offs.
So lets see, you cleared absolutely nothing up apart from spouting your usual drivel. Someone says something bad about an FC player and you run all around the message boards trying to spout like you know what you are talking about.
You carry on if it makes you feel better. Players do their talking on the pitch and I will judge O'Meley once I see how he goes for Hull. Vella was not pulling up trees in the NRL and the form he showed in his debut season for Rovers was way above what he had shown the previous season.
All this coming from someone who has just described Chev Walker as a potential worldbeater
