Oh dear Lord. Directors can't take any dividends when a company has negative distributable reserves. They may take a salary, but it's not disclosed in the accounts what that is as only the balance sheet is published. They may also take interest at 2% above base rate on their loans, but with interest rates so low, this is a maximum of £35,000 between the 5 of them. Any money they are paid through either loan interest or salaries is deducted before the net profit number.
