Let me put it simpler just for you, if Rovers have 1 million to spend and blow 600k on the stand (these are made up figures by the way in case youd not picked up on that) that leaves 400k for players. If the stand were to go over budget then that has to eat away at JMs player budget doesnt it? Or are you suggesting they aren't coming from the same pot of cash?

they are not, the stand extension is being part funded by outside investment i understand.

Ah ok. Do you know if that investment is a gift or a loan? If its a loan it still needs paying back from the same pot doesnt it?
