Typically, I've now had a response to the email I sent (cheers Paul Mc if you're reading this) however, I was given the wrong answer to one question by the bloke in the office who rang me. Surely the club need to make sure everyone is singing off the same hymn sheet and knows the basics about everything?

just like the game plan, one player seems to know it and one player don't, but hey we are getting there, on the email front I have found that the OT ticket office are very good at replying and do it with their own personal united email address, which I think the person who did that has now had it changed. Well fancy giving me and countless others a shoe in, with name the lot, only a picture was missing.

See - good thing, bad thing again.
communication is the most powerful tool in any team, have you told someone at the club about this ginge? like you said and i agree they do all need to be singing off the same hymn sheet. obviously this mistake wasnt made on purpose but its small things like this that cause confusion and peev people off.

Agreed (here and with much of the rest), but when these simpletons are the most common contributors on a forum, every thread suffers.

You honestly think everyone on this thread is engaging in reasoned debate? I've read almost everyone saying that's what they're here for but even on the 'let's address the whining' thread, people's petty gripes are littering the pages. Then we have apologists, then whining, then apologists... (sorry!)

So we are simpletons, apologists, whingers.

There is a joke in there somewhere....
I think this thread is a cracker and allows us fans to address to the club our fears what is goin wrong and what the club could do to reduce the fans anxietys regarding where the club is going and what the club is doing in the future.
If the lines of communication were clearer then we'd all be happier, perhaps the club could look into using social networking sites better, perhaps using ignito to announce any news regarding new signings or stadium news in story form on a status update as well as a news link gives ignito that personal touch, like lanky giraffe and we can build his character from there.
Little things like that make all the difference imo

Reasoned debate? The only way you could've further supported my point would have been to add a line asking where the Myler money's gone.

Okay then, almost everyone. But, just because some others continue to whine with petty gripes doesn't mean you should just drift into the same method of responding. That drags yourself down to that level and means everyone else just doesn't take you seriously.
But, then again, some of us are never taken seriously regardless of how we post.

And why is that? The debate would result in where you think the money has gone and where it actually went. Unless you can give a detailed account your making yourself look an idiot!
this will not be the end, or even the beginning of the end.
It is merely the end of the beginning

Thanks for your input Nostrodamus, but you missed the point.
Tell me, roughly how many do times do you think a question should be repeated on various threads of the same message board before dismissing it as lazy, dumb or rhetorical?
