Hi neil you say we carnt fit an ex test front row into our salary cap when we have probably lowerd the wage bill with the players that have come in compared to those that have left the club but hull couldnt fit jack briscoe into there salary cap for last season but have now let low salary players leave and brought in what i call high salary earners? is there certain ways clubs can fiddle with the cap?
