I would like to post in repy to the original poster........my question !
As a prerequisite of the franchise criteria for maintaining super league status part of that was to bring super league grounds up to certain standards, Hull Kingston Rovers promised the RFL and its loyal supporters a new "stadium" where is the club in respect of them delivering on that prerequisite criteria.
My second question was answeared ! whereby i asked if it was to be a fans forum face to face or by E-Mail,as in the one at the begining of the season to the HDM.
If you mean the new North stand that was planned, that is an entirely legitimate question. There was never any suggestion on an entirely new stadium (like Saints, Wakefield, Cas and Salford are trying to get built).
The response is fairly easy to predict, I think. It is likely to include phrases like 'challenging economic conditions'. Although I think the club's skintness may have been exaggerated in certain quarters, I suspect it does apply for a major project like that. Increasing capacity by extending the east stand southwards will be more realistic now, I'd imagine.
Thinking about the famous offer for Rovers to share the KC, I think Hudgell should now take it up - I'd be happy to see either end relocated to Craven Park.
