No offence taken. Alternatively you may say that someone with attention to detail, who cares to do a modicum of research and present the facts (as a public service, you might say)and is derided as a nerd because said facts don't suit, is sad.
Anyway. Here's a TIC (for the avoidance of doubt) prediction what will happen on Monday.
Rovers will finally announce a top class prop in order to derail the online Q&A away from financial questions.
There will be some flannel about technicalities about tax which supposedly prevent the filing of 2008 accounts.
Any questions like "why have the previous 4 sets of accounts also been late?" will be filtered out.
There will be an announcement that there may be some news shortly on the East Stand extension.
The session needs to be 2 hours to thank the multitude of new shirt sponsors. There will be no reference to the fact that last year it was thought much better to have one sponsor to make the shirt look clean and impressive.
There will be some plugs for Club Rovers and replica shirts. But no reference to when membership cards will arrive.
Oh, and there will be much hailing of his "honesty" and "putting that story to bed" regardless of what is said.
