I think next year we should lose our title as the dirtiest and some say most boring team in the Championship,as IM as already made it clear to the players that he wants to play a more expansive style and clamp down on discipline.

I've also noted on other sites that Leigh are really under the radar at present and Barrow,Widnes and Fax fans are having a go at each other and we for once are missing out on the flak.

I'm sure this will change but its pleasant not to be the Millwall of rugby outside of SL,as I said above a few good hidings of the "big clubs" will soon get the anti Leigh brigade out.

How many times for eg was Hobson sent off and whenever was he suspended as a result.

Ronnie Laughton seemed to penalise us for fun. Then there was that Childs guy at Featherstone in the NRC. Then we had a clown in charge away at Gateshead. What about that ref against Toulouse who was replaced at half time. Just a few without even giving it much thought.

Frank, I don't disagree with your points its other teams fans who continually accuse Leigh of being thugs and their own team as angels,which we all know is not true.Unfortunately mud sticks and next season we can kill this reputation for good.

Most of the penalties given were technical ones, I for one couldn't give a flying fig about how other team speccies view us, we all know all the other teams are so lily white that they make their own dresses, its Rugby League not a blOOdy knitting circle.

Our side will be a lot lot tougher any1 who thought we had a dirty side last season were wrong we had a couple of players who took the easy option instead of getting their hands dirty. Next season no team will bully us our enforcers will know exactly what they are required to do.
