No youth = no future hope your gamble pays off better than ours did !! and yes it is a big part of the criteria for SL also a ground over 12000 but hey at least you have got your tick for what it's worth haha

Not neccesarily. The loss of the Gateshead travelling Army may already be being felt at Halifax.

How many times did you beat us in the League, everyone knows you imported 1st teamers for the play offs, unlike Leigh who stuck to the lads who played all season.

Over 50 years of pain, pleasure, frustration, joy, heartache and ecstasy that supporting Leigh has given me but I would not swop it.

Doubt it actually, Dave. There's been no such thing as 'Under 21's', the past couple of seasons. The RFL changed it to 'Reserves', and I believe it's to be 'Under 20's' next season, then 'reserves' then 'Under 19's' then................

Can't believe some of the stupidity that's posted by some people, on both sides ! It seems that some are only too happy to see the destruction of other clubs. It gets more and more like a fookin' soccer forum every day. Thankfully, there's still people like TV Boy - offering to give an opposition fan a lift to the Test Match on Saturday.

Good will triumph over evil. Oh yes.

By the way - welcome back Leigh. What's happened today is a good thing.

Quite right. I applaud your sentiments. I won,t be the only one who can sympathise with what you have said.

For our game to succeed we need to go back to a level playing field (not a dig at Batley or Featherstone) and return to promotion and relegation. This gives all clubs a chance to grow.

Oh yes, I forgot how entertaining you were when you played in that relegation playoff. By the way how much did that shield go for on ebay?

And the other relegation threatened teams brought how many :?:
