This is fantastic news and glad to see the RFL followed up requests from clubs with common sense.
We should bear in mind that what brought about all of this was not good....
Gateshead going under, different rules for different teams, level playing fields and all of that stuff.
The salary cap has also been shown to have limitations when a club is relegated and still has contractual commitments to make that take it over a lower cap.
