i think the rfl have been persuded to allow 3 over 20 player, although i could be wrong here, but the idea is to get better players in the NL leagues instead of reserves. hence duel regisrtation like haynes.

I think Thackray might take a one year deal, with a one year option in the club's favour. He has the ability, it is just whether his issues outweigh them and whether he'd disrupt the squad more that he'd improve it. He's the only free-agent prop I think would be worth a punt. Doubt it would be a big gamble - financially at least - and he does offer something different, in his ability to turn a game (one way or the other).

I think we are short of one quality prop and its possibly time for young Watts to step up to mark for me, at the moment with our shortage of props, Watts must surely see this as a big opportunity.
