Surely keeping control of him is down to the manager? Like a Mr Ferguson did with Ryan Giggs and many others

Yep because thats exactly what i said . All i'm saying is that Ferguson is known for keeping young players in line and getting them to realise their potential. Something that even you have admitted Babel isn't doing.

Ah hello sir, they were bloody brilliant those 2 Surely you must agree that Fergie has tended to well at bringing kids through to the first team at Old Trafford?
What are your opinions on Benitez as well? Do you agree with me or do you also blindly follow?
Also, i see your Djemba Djemba and raise you Dossena

Arsenal have won 1 FA cup and made 2 finals, not brilliant but not bad when you consider they have run at a net profit of £26mil on transfers in the last 5 years. Arsenal also buy youth and will be untouchable if they keep progressing with the young squad they have today.
We should of been had work starting on our new ground months ago maybe its a Rafas fault.
Arsenal have a great youth set up not won much yet but its a good set up Rafa has only recently taken control on the youth front it takes years to bring players through.
I don't think Rafa is why your in debt. I'm saying your debt is surely budgeted on having been the champions of england at some point as well as continued success in the champions league. The extra income being champions is quite considerable with endorsements and overseas recognition. Why else did the board throw all that money at Benitez in his first few years?
Every manager who goes to a new club gets money but like I have said the runs in the CL have made the club massive money (finals and semis in 5 years) enough to cover buying players but then again when the club is paying £1.5Mill every 9 days in interest money can go very quickly
Even if you take the Ronaldo transfer out of the mix Utd have still spent less than Liverpool over the past 5 years. Look at the table and do the maths. FWIW i think Ferguson didn't spend the Ronaldo money during the summer because he didn't like the look of anyone, not to manage the debt. If you look at Man Utds transfers over the past 5 years 4 out of the 5 they have brought in more than £10mil from selling players, they have been better managed on and off the pitch than Liverpool. Yeah right Fergie if given the money would of bought a top rate signing instead of Owen on a free most Man U will agree with me on that. You can't compare the signing as Man U already had/have established squad of class players allowing them to add big money players Nani, Anderson, Owen Hargreaves, Rooney, Rio, Berbatov, Carrick top rate players adding to a top squad for big money.
Benitez has not delivered on his objective of winning the league and has spent more than any other teams, Man City and Chelsea aside, in his time and has treaded water. If he needs to spend a net of £40mil like the year you highlighted to get you going anywhere then he is definitely of no use in your current financial situation
Even a net spend of £10m this season instead of zero would of added a good forward or winger hows he going win the title win zero net spend? magic?

Look i really can't be arsed going on with this, when i present a fact you make up an excuse. I'm clearly wasting my time. If your happy with a manager who has spent more than £100mil and had half a decade to build a team to challenge for the league after inheriting a top 4 squad, only to be 9 points back after 10 games. I personally would of expected to see a team that doesn't rely on 2 players been fit to be able succeed.
Good luck to you, i think your gunna need it get 4th

Well who else's fault is it? A young, rich footballer with a lot of spare times on his hand needs a manager to look after him and keep him concentrating on football. No doubt your gunna rattle out some twaddle sticking up for him though.
