Semi Final Saturday November 14th 2009
Bank Quay Bulls v Halton Simms Cross Rylands v Orrell St James or Wigan Spring View
Not played many league games(SV) But in the games that we have....
Dalton...30-24 good team we started really well against them went about 20 points up before they got in the game(will defo punish any team not on their mettle
Mossbank lost 48-24 no excuses from us,beat by the better team on the day.moved us about then it on the edges
Haresfinch..won 52-16(think) to be honest we ran away with it in the end but they only a young set and competed really well in the first half
Langworthy..won 60-10..dont think they were at there best to be honest...couple of individual players who wanted to show up but that was it...agree with earlier thread tho, think their pitch mite get waterlogged pretty regular...
think any team that takes the points in Cumbria will do well in the league...big ask to be consistent up there(travelling, time constraints..etc)

We have played, so far Dalton (H) won 16-11 - tough team who never go away. Good team Ulverston (H won 42-16 & A won 42-22) - will be tough to beat, a good team and great bunch off the fiedl. Play some great rugby Haresfinch (A) won 42-20 - Dont mean to sound harsh but we were garbage that day! A tight pitch didnt help but they have a few good players and never like down Blackbrook (A) won 26-0 - If they keep that team they will pick up some points. Time will tell Saddleworth (A) won 16-10 - If they had kept that side all year I think they could definately challenge for promotion. ooks like they havent. West Bank Bears - (H) won 22-10 - Tough team who play some excellent rugby. A very good team.
Looking at results and the table to date, it looks like ourselves, Spring View, Moss Bank and West Bank will be the main challengers but some of the other teams can defianately cause some upsets along the way!
Stop trying to not upset people Clint you gobsh!te. You think Woolston will walk it, along with your bumboys Stevo and Mez. I hope the big cumbrians eat you for breakfast, COME ON THE TIGERS OF HINDPOOL!
