My guess would be back to the Dolphins they certainly could do with him until Ginn Jr learns how to catch.
We could probably do with him at the Rams with us having hardly any healthy receivers with little experience between them. I've always thought he's had the potential to be a decent receiver but his inconsistency lets him down.
