If Valuev struggled against Holyfield who is over the hill, doesnt hit as hard as Haye and was never a very big guy, is 2" shorter than Haye also I think Haye has a great chance, my only worry is that he might get knocked out by a seemingly soft jab... I dont know that Haye will KO him, but I think if he moves well makes Valuev miss with the Jab and then counters with bombs we might see the giant looking a mess by the end, maybe with his corner pulling him out before the start of round 11

Haye needs to fight smart. If he does that he will be too quick and ultimately too good for Valuev.
Has anybody been watching Pacquaio/Cotto 24/7? The Pacquaio camp doesn't seem right to me. There seems to be alot of distractions. I don't know whether that'll play a part on the night, but Cotto is no mug and he'll need to be at his best.

Roach has played it all down. They didn't seem to have that bond together in the show. Pacquaio playing basketball against Roaches wishes, meeting politicians, having the camp in the Philipines and not Canada like Roach wanted. But I guess you can only work from what they show you..
Another side to it is that some people think they are doinf it as an act! I don't buy into that myself though.

Aye, add in the bitching between his conditioner and friend and there's lots of problems in camp. There just seems to be a complete contrast in camps. Cotto seems focussed and united with his camp on what will be the fight of his life, whereas Pacquaio doesn't.
Pacquaio is absolutely brilliant, so I'd still have him as slight favourite, but I watch the 24/7 series and whilst you only get a glimpse of the two, you have to wonder if he's focussed.

He's very open about caring so much about his home land. The current events over there can't not have an effect on him. Especially while he's actually there.
Some more knowledgable people are saying Cotto's new trainer has picked some terrible sparring partners and think they have made a huge mistake there..

On the evidence of the 24/7 series Manny's camp has problems. But don't be fooled, Pacquiao will be ready for this fight and Cotto will have to fight the fight of his life and Pac is in tip top shape. Saying that Cotto looks so focused and battle hardend it reminds me of the Cotto/Margarito 24/7 series except Cotto is the one who seems 100% focussed.
